The use of services provided by HZ Smartpanel the agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and HZ Smartpanel will not be help liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.
1. General
By placing an order with HZ Smartpanel, you automatically accept all the below-listed term of services whether you read them or not.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
You will only use the HZ Smartpanel website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram / Twitter / Facebook / Soundcloud / youtube/ or other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.
HZ Smartpanel rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
HZ Smartpanel does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and HZ Smartpanel will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
HZ Smartpanel tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected of us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
Disclaimer: HZ Smartpanel will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
Liabilities: HZ Smartpanel is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram / Twitter / Facebook / Soundcloud / youtube or Other Social Media.
If you Removed your page / account / video ... or change it to private or change username or the account is closed, we can't refund / refill / partial in this case sir
2. Service
HZ Smartpanel will only be used to promote your YouTube or Soundcloud or Vine or Pinterest or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
You will not upload anything into the HZ Smartpanel site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the YouTube or Soundcloud or Vine or Pinterest or Social Media community.
If your page had 200 thousand and more followers / likes / views already before you order us, it will not cover refill protection, even if you order for refill server from us, as its not possible to understand from where you lost the followers / likes / views.
The days for re-filling the orders are calculated from the date of sending the orders and Not from the date of completion of the orders
After order Services No Refill: The count may dropping while the orders is in progress and may also your order will be completed without the full count, and also The count may decrease immediately after the completion of your order, we cannot determine the percentage of the drop, this varies from a service to another
But in any case we cannot Refill / cancel / cancel partial. attention please!
Please do not order to same server / services Or ( from another platform ) at the same time for the same page / URL / link till your running order complete for the same link. We cannot give you correct followers / likes / views number in that case. We will not refund these orders. Please keep attention!
In the case your Order have drop , please wait us to Refill / Cancel / Partial before order a new one . We will not cancel in this case . Please keep attention!
After sending orders : I can't Edit / Change URL, if its not my service system. If you delete your Page / account / Video ... or change it to private or change username or the account is closed , then we can't Refund / Refill / Partial in this case. Please keep attention!
After order if Drop below the start count then us can't refill / cancel / Partial .
If you use drip feed services , Then , I cant intervent ( I can't refund / Refill / cancel... )
3. Fiverr, Ebay, khamsat and Other Popular Website Sellers
HZ Smartpanel DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantees for the delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders, however, these are estimates. We will not be held responsible for the loss of funds, negative reviews or you being banned for late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results, use HZ Smartpanel at your own risk.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds will be made to Paypal Or any other payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from HZ Smartpanel
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram / Twitter / Facebook / Soundcloud / youtube or Other Social Media account.
Orders placed in HZ Smartpanel will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your HZ Smartpanel account if the order is non-deliverable
wrong link or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Our most of the service start instantly expect few services that take 24 - 48 hrs to deliver. If you do not receive your service in time, please contact support for fix issue. We are online 18 hours per days to provide you support
